Cabra Vets Surgery and theatre facilities
All routine surgeries and emergency procedures can be carried out in our well equipped theatre. Generally you will be asked to drop off your pet early on the morning of the surgery, having made sure he or she fasted the night before. Because there is nothing more important than your pet’s safety, he or she will receive a thorough physical examination before any sedation or anaesthetic agents are administered.

Neutering
Here at Cabra Vets we advise that all Pets not intended for breeding are neutered by six months old. Pets should be fasted and will be admitted that morning for surgery. After a full clinical examination and weigh in the animal will be operated on. Most pets are fit to go home that afternoon with pain relief. Post op check up is included in the price.
